Happy weaver

Happy weaver Ang :)
We had a lovely morning weave at the shed with Ang having a first time weave session on a Saori loom.
Since this lovely weaving session Ang has been making clothes from blankets and curtains and is on her way to transforming them into woven clothes, I can't wait to see them :)

Saori Shed weaving Session

We had a fun morning at the Shed with Karen and Amanda using the Saori looms for the first time.

Creating loops and landscapes on the looms.

What will they become? Maybe a cushion cover or maybe a panel on a skirt? Can't wait to see :) Gorgeous weavings and a fun morning :)

Playing on the Piccolo!

I've been itching to do some more weavings with adding in extra warp threads.
Had a chance to play on the Piccolo loom addding in tones of red - mohairs and wools, to create a textured collar or a coat that I have in mind.

Love all those fluffy, twiddly bits!
Joy filled weaving :)
